Ingredients:
- 1 package Cool Mint Oreos
- 1 tub vanilla bean ice cream
Instructions:
- Place one row of mint oreos in a gallon-sized plastic bag.
- Using a rolling pin, break the cookies until they are finely crushed.
- Pour the cookie crumbs into the bottom of a pan, to form a "crust" for the pie.
- Place the second row of oreos in the plastic bag, and crush with the rolling pin.
- In a medium bowl, stir the crushed cookies into the ice cream.
- Stir until thoroughly combined.
- Pour the ice cream and cookie mixture into the pan, on top of the cookie "crust".
- Place the last row of oreos into the plastic bag, and once again break until finely crushed.
- Pour the cookie crumbs on top of the ice cream mixture, and spread evenly to cover.
- Cover with foil, and keep in the freezer until ready to serve.
