Ingredients:
- 1 large potato, scrubbed
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice potatoes into even slices. If you prefer crispy potatoes, slice them very thin. If you prefer soft potatoes, slice them a little thicker.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, Italian seasoning and salt in a big ziplock bag to coat. Be sure to get both sides of each potato slice for the maximum flavor.
- Place potatoes in a single layer and bake for 15-20 minutes, until lightly brown.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
